Reseller Relationships
Resellers are independent contractors and not a partner, joint venture, franchisee, agent, or employee of Hooda Diet Sense™. Resellers shall not represent their relationship with Hoodia Diet Sense™ as anything other than an independent contractor or reseller.

Nonexclusive Agreement
Resellers are hereby appointed as a nonexclusive reseller of the Products pursuant to this Agreement. Resellers accept such appointment and agree to serve as a reseller of the Products to end users as provided herein. This Agreement is not exclusive to Resellers, and Hoodia Diet Sense reserves the unrestricted right to sell, license, market and distribute or to grant to others the right to sell, license, market and distribute the products anywhere in the world.

Resale Prices
The prices for the applicable quantity of Products purchased pursuant to this Agreement shall be as set forth on the Pricing Schedule which is to be found in the Reseller-Support area of the this website. Such prices are subject to change upon thirty days notice to Resellers.

Use of Hoodia Diet Sense™ Marketing Material
During the term of this Agreement, Resellers may use the marketing materials specifcially created for Resellers by Hoodia Diet Sense™. Upon termination of this Agreement Resellers may not continue to advertise and promote Hoodia Diet Sense™ products, and must remove any and all marketing material supplied to them from websites, printed materials etc.

Reseller Conduct
Resellers will:

  1. Conduct business in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on Products and the good name, goodwill and reputation of Hoodia Diet Sense™.
  2. Avoid deceptive, misleading or unethical practices that are or might be detrimental to Hoodia Diet Sense™.
  3. Make no false or misleading representations with regard to Hoodia Diet Sense™ products.
  4. Not publish or employ, or cooperate in the publication or employment of, any misleading or deceptive advertising material with regard to Hoodia Diet Sense™ products.
  5. Make no representations, warranties or guarantees to customers or to the trade with respect to the specifications, benefits or capabilities of Hoodia Diet Sense™ products that are inconsistent with the literature distributed by Hoodia Diet Sense™.
  6. Not use unsolicited email in any way to promote Hoodia Diet Sense™ products.
  7. Not post advertisements to newsgroups and/or discussion group web sites unless their rules expressly state that advertisements are allowed. (Appropriate "sig lines" are allowed)
